1. Reservations and Payments

A reservation is considered confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received, according to the booking arrangement agreed with Ukholo Lodge.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all booking details are correct.
Any outstanding balance must be settled before or upon arrival, as agreed.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: From 14:00 (2 pm)
Check-out time: Before 10:00 (10 am)
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and prior arrangement.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking platform used or the agreement made directly with Ukholo Lodge.
Guests are advised to confirm cancellation conditions at the time of booking.

4. Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to respect the property, facilities, staff, and other guests.
Any damage to rooms, furniture, equipment, or property caused by guests may be charged accordingly.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Ukholo Lodge cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

5. Swimming Pool Safety

The swimming pool is used at guests' own risk.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool area.
Children are not permitted to use the pool without adult supervision.
No running, diving, or unsafe behaviour is allowed around the pool area.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that children follow all pool safety rules.

6. Noise and Consideration of Other Guests

Guests are requested to keep noise levels reasonable, especially during evening and early morning hours. Activities that disturb other guests are not permitted.

7. Smoking and Fire Safety

Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or indoor areas.
Guests must use designated smoking areas where provided.
Any unsafe use of candles, fires, or other sources of heat is prohibited.

8. Pets

Pets are only permitted if agreed upon with Ukholo Lodge before arrival.

9. Facilities and Activities

Guests use all lodge facilities and activities at their own risk.
Weather conditions and other circumstances may affect the availability of certain activities.

10. Privacy

Guest information collected during the booking process is used only for managing reservations and providing lodge services.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required for providing services or by law.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation or staying at Ukholo Lodge, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
